Fascinating Jacob!

Are we to believe that these findings rubbish the research published in the UK last year which clearly showed the opposite?

I'm referring of course to that noted by the Sunday Times in its article of 28th October 2007 headed "Eat your Words All Who Scoff at Organic Foods".

Will someone with a better mind than mine care to tell us how both can be right? I know which one towards which my own anecdotal evidence leans, but I guess you would expect that!

I was drawn to the results as well. Unexpected, but there you are. Though, I don't think this one automatically disclaims the ST coverage. Instead, science normally relies on a compendium of evidence and we are well away from enough research available on the subject to even conduct a preliminary meta-analysis.
But, in short, I like organic produce because I feel it tastes better...
What would be intersting would be to see if your wines are richer in polyphenols when compared to non-organic wines from the same altitude, terroir, etc..
