First off, Happy Birthday!!! Congrats on living another great year.

I recently went to a wine tasting in town and I was able to share some of my knowledge with some of my peers due to some of the conversation we had. The expert there, which had a lot of history to discuss about each bottle, totally called me out on the “legs”… something we never went over in Wine 101. He did say the same thing you mentioned on the site though, that it wasn’t necessary and has nothing to do with the tasting exprience.

Have a great one! I’ve told a lot of my co-workers and they are very excited to see a site devoted to introducing wine to their level and above.

I must include Graham Beck Shiraz with lamb and mint.
